Delivery charges for countries outside the UK will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

International Orders, Import & Customs Charges

Important Delivery Information
For large furniture deliveries outside the UK, please contact Customer Services for a delivery quote before ordering.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or excise charges once it arrives in your destination country.

These charges are:

• Set by your local customs authority

• The responsibility of the customer

• Not included in our product prices or shipping fees

We strongly recommend that customers abroad check any potential import or customs charges before placing an order, as we are unable to advise on or cover these costs.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We dispatch orders via a courier service Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed Monday–Thursday will usually be processed the same or next working day.

• Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

• Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
