Refunds and Returns
We hope you are thrilled with every item ordered from The Styled Nook Ltd. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any original delivery charges.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them
Items must be returned in their original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that this can take several working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
